  1. This Privacy Policy governs the process of rendering the Quiz-OTT Service and the use of the Quiz-OTT.com website by the Users.
  2. To avail certain services on our Quiz-OTT website, users are required to provide certain information like name, email, location and the likes. The information provided by the users would enable us to improve out website and provide the best experience.

The Quiz-OTT Service consists in enabling the Users to make full use of the Quiz-OTT.com webpage, that is by filling out the quizzes posted by the Administrator and optionally sharing the results through the social media icons. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic and interactions with our website.

We use the Contact Form to manage contact form submissions.  We store user input data sent through the contact forms on this website, along with meta information about the submissions Also, third party services may collect information about website visitors. We currently use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, on this website.

We don’t set a particular time limit on storing information because we need it for future reference. If you want your information to be removed from our database, please contact us via the email at ejoykart@gmail.com, We will remove it anytime there are concerns about your privacy.

We do not share the information with other parties although we do use some WordPress plugins on this website that may pass data, including personal information, to external servers to process, such as Akismet Anti-Spam or Jetpack by WordPress.com.

We only use WordPress plugins and themes that are hosted by WordPress.org. WordPress.org’s guidelines clearly prohibit tracking users without their explicit informed consent.

Cookies

Many of our quizzes, surveys, and forms are created using Quiz And Survey Master.

The data the software collects

In order to distinguish individual users, IP addresses are collected and stored with the responses.

Each individual form may have fields for a variety of other personal information, such as name and email. This data is needed to identify and possibly communicate with the user. There may be other fields asking for personal information and this data may be for different purposes for each quiz, survey, or form. If any data is to be used for purposes other than grading or survey purposes, this will be disclosed on the form itself.

How long we retain your data

The responses and data attached to the responses are stored indefinitely until an administrator of this site deletes the responses.

We collect information about the user during the user registration form submission process on our site.

Where we send your data

Quiz And Survey Master does not send any of your data to anywhere outside of this site by default.

User Registration: What we collect and store
